The people behind Designers Anonymous
Founders Darren Barber and Christian Eager share a love of great ideas.
Having gained a wealth of experience at top London design agencies they set up
Designers Anonymous. It’s a studio dedicated to listening to and surprising clients
with award-winning creativity and strategic thinking, plus a bucket load of enthusiasm.
Helping companies tell their story with cleverly conceived identities and marketing campaigns has been Darren's passion and speciality since graduating in 2000. Eager to develop the craft of storytelling, Darren has honed his screenwriting and directing skills by participating in numerous festivals, workshops, lectures with a series of self-initiated award-winning projects. These additional skills now enable clients of Designers Anonymous to engage on another level.
Christian spent the first 8 years of his career working on both branded and own label packaging design for global brands, it was this experience that established his love for designing for consumer brands. At Designers Anonymous he works with numerous startups developing challenger brands, as well as redefining established brands: strengthening their position in the market using strategically creative design. Christian's passion for design isn't confined to office hours, some of these 'side projects' have become commercial successes in their own right (our 'Play' section showcases some of these).
