UK Standard Delivery Times:

All orders (except furniture & lighting products) are dispatched within 24 hours of your order. While we cannot guarantee next day delivery once the order has left us, most of the time that is the case.

Our orders are handled mostly by Royal Mail, TNT and DHL, and are sent First Class Recorded, and Next Day Delivery. This means they will require a signature from a person at the delivery address, so please ensure you are having the package delivered to an address where someone will be present to receive it in order to avoid any disappointment. Please also note that the the 'Footsie' table is delivered in a wooden container measuring W: 1050, L:1550, H: 480, and weighing 55kg.

If no-one is present, the following scenarios will occur depending on the delivery company used:

1. Royal Mail will leave a calling card and take the package to the nearest post office collection depot to your address, then hold the package for one week only, before returning it to us. Parcels not received or collected that are returned to us will be subject to a repeat delivery charge.

2. TNT, DHL or any other similar delivery company, will leave a calling card requesting that they will attempt to re deliver another two times, unless contacted by you, or the person who signs for the delivery, establishing further instructions. Packages not received or collected that are returned to us will be subject to a repeat delivery charge.

UK customers can expect delivery within 48 hours (except at weekends) but please allow 3 working days before checking the status of the order.
